The realised per-request rate depends on the quality, completeness and plausibility of the EHRs returned through your network — measured continuously by our IQHD scoring engine. Every connected HIE receives joint continuous-improvement reports so quality (and therefore revenue) rises over time. The $2.00 / 1,000 figure represents the base rate for networks meeting IQHD quality thresholds.
